Estimated Net Asset Values

As at the close of business on 21 April 2006, the estimated net asset values of
the Company's shares are as follows:-

These valuations, which have been prepared in good faith by the Company's
investment manager, are for information purposes only and are based on the
unaudited estimated valuations supplied to the Company's investment adviser by
the administrators or managers of the Company's underlying investments. Such
estimates may be subject to little verification or other due diligence and may
not comply with generally accepted accounting practices or other generally
accepted valuation principles. In addition, some of those estimates may not be
supplied on a regular or timely basis with the result that the values of such
investments are based on the latest available estimates which may be some time
before the date set out above. In respect of the valuations, 10 of the Company's
40 investments have not been valued within 7 days of such date. Other risk
factors which may be relevant to these valuations are set out in the Company's
prospectus dated 10 March 2006.

Investment Policy

The Company will seek to achieve its investment objective through investment in
an actively managed portfolio of underlying funds diversified across a range of
alternative investment strategies which target emerging and/or under-exploited
sources of alpha. The Company does not invest in other UK listed investment
companies (including UK listed investment trusts).

Investment of Net Proceeds of Issue

As of 03rd April 2006, 97% of the net proceeds of the recent issue of shares
were invested in 40 underlying funds across 7 investment strategies.
