   Dividends paid or declared in the period 
 
   On 13 July 2013, the Company proposed a final dividend of 2.5 pence per 
Ordinary Share in respect of the year ended 31 March 2013. Subject to 
Shareholder approval at the AGM on 3 September 2013, the dividend will 
be paid on 13 September 2013 to Ordinary Shareholders on the register at 
16 August 2013.
