NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the First Extraordinary General Meeting in 2024 of China Yangtze Power Co., Ltd. will be held at Room 4205, No. 88 Sanyang Road, Wuhan City, Hubei Province, the PRC, on 16 January 2024 at 9:30 a.m.(GMT+8), for the purpose of considering, and if thought fit, passing the following resolution.

Ordinary Resolutions

1. To consider and approve the Proposal on investment and construction of Chongqing Fengjie CaiziBa pumped storage power station

2. To consider and approve the Proposal on amendment the Articles of Association and Rules of Shareholder's meetings, Board of directors, Board of supervisions

   3.   To consider and approve the Proposal on Election of company Supervisor - Mr. Tan Ke
