Suspension from Trading on AIM

Conexion Media Group Plc ("Conexion") must publish annual audited accounts for the year to 31 December 2013 ("Results") not later than six months after the end of the financial year to which they relate in accordance with the AIM rules. Conexion will not be in a position to report its Results by 30 June 2014 and accordingly it has requested its shares are suspended from trading on AIM. Conexion expects to make a further announcement in due course.
