Loan Agreement

Further to the announcement dated 21 December 2011, Conexion and Polymer Holdings Ltd are in discussions about an extension to the loan agreement which was entered into on 22 December 2008. Conexion expects to be in a position to make a further announcement regarding the loan in the near future.
