                              Director's Dealings

The Company today received notification that as part of the placing, which was
announced yesterday, the following directors purchased 947,368 ordinary shares
of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 4.75p per share.

Jack Fryer, Chairman, purchased 631,579 Ordinary Shares, Lee Staines, Chief
Executive, purchased 210,526 Ordinary Shares and Michelle Young, Finance
Director, purchased 105,263 Ordinary Shares. Following these purchases, Jack
Fryer is interested in 695,743 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.8
per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital, Lee Staines is
interested in 210,526 Ordinary Shares representing approximately 0.3 per cent.
of the Company's issued ordinary share capital and Michelle Young is interested
in 105,263 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.1 per cent. of the
Company's issued ordinary share capital..
