                                New Contract Win 
 
China Wonder is pleased to announce that Wonder Equipment Machinery ("WEM"), one 
of China Wonder's subsidiaries, has entered into an agreement to manufacture a 
plating production line for Jinzhou Wanyou Mechanical Parts Co., Ltd, a 
manufacturer and supplier of piston rods to the shock absorber manufacturing 
market.  The Company estimates that this agreement could be worth approximately 
RMB7,500,000 to the China Wonder group during the present financial year. 
 
The Directors (other than Qingdong Zeng who is a director of Jinzhou Wanyou 
Mechanical Parts Co., Ltd) consider, having consulted with its nominated 
adviser, WH Ireland Limited, that the terms of this agreement are fair and 
reasonable insofar as its shareholders are concerned. 
 
Qingdong Zeng, CEO of China Wonder, commented: 
 
"WEM has for some time been engaged in the research and development of 
production lines and equipment for auto parts manufacturing and testing and has 
fifteen designers working in this field.  We are delighted that WEM has won this 
contract and the board of China Wonder is optimistic that it will be able to win 
more large projects of this kind in the future."
