    Resignation of Directors

    The board of Curidium announces that non-executive directors, Dr Gosse Bruinsma and Dr Phyllis Whiteley, have resigned from the Board
with immediate effect.

    The board would like to express their thanks to both Dr Bruinsma and Dr Whiteley for their commitment to the Company during their time
with Curidium and wishes them well for the future.
