                               Holding in Company

The Board of Centurion Electronics plc was informed today pursuant to sections
198 to 210 of the Companies Act 1985 (as amended), that Singer & Friedlander AIM
3 Venture Capital Trust sold 20,000 ordinary shares on 21 October 2003 and
accordingly now has a holding of 906,500 ordinary shares representing
approximately 3.92 per cent. of the Company's current issued share capital.
