At the Annual General Meeting held at 12.00 noon today, resolutions 1 to 6 were 
passed by shareholders. Resolution 7 to amend the Articles of Association to 
reduce the number of directors required for meetings of directors to be quorate 
was not passed. 
 
 
The General Meeting scheduled to be held at 12.15pm today to consider a 
resolution to cancel admission of the ordinary shares from trading on AIM was 
adjourned, and has been reconvened for 10.00am on Monday 9 March.
