New Non Executive Director 
 
 
The Company announces the appointment of Dr Paul Jourdan as a non-executive 
Director of the Company with immediate effect.  Paul Arthur Jourdan, age 43, has 
been a fund manager with Noble Group since 2007 and is responsible for managing 
the Noble AIM VCT and CF Noble UK Smaller Companies Fund. Prior to that he was a 
fund manager at First State Investments.  There are no further matters to be 
disclosed under Schedule Two (g) of the AIM Rules. 
 
 
Change in Role 
Additionally, Mike Northall will move to become executive chairman (from 
non-executive) with immediate effect.
