                            Director's shareholding


ClearSpeed Technology plc received notification on 19th October 2007 October
2007 that, on 10th October 2007, Richard Farleigh, Chairman of the Company,
transferred his legal interest in 7,293,207 ordinary shares of 1p each in the
capital of the Company (the "Shares") to Evolution Securities Nominees Limited.

The beneficial interest in the Shares is held by Royal Bank of Canada Trustees
Limited (the "Trustees") as trustees for the time being of the Kyabram Trust
(the "Trust").

Under the terms of the Trust, Mr Farleigh, as settlor, has certain rights,
which, save in certain circumstances, entitle him to exercise control over the
Trustees' exercise of the voting rights attaching to the shares legally and/or
beneficially held by the Trustees for the time being of the Trust.
