Result of AGM 
 
 
cScape Group plc (AIM:CSC) announces that all resolutions were duly passed at 
the Company's annual general meeting held earlier today.  These resolutions are 
set out below: 
 
 
1.To receive the audited accounts of the Company for the year ended 30 June 2008 
and the 
       reports of the directors and auditors thereon. 
 
 
2.To re-appoint Geoffrey Griggs who retires by rotation, as a director. 
 
 
3.To re-appoint Robert Killick who retires by rotation, as a director. 
 
4.To re-appoint Thorne Lancaster Parker as auditors to the Company, to hold 
office until the conclusion of




      the next general meeting at which


accounts are laid before the Company, and to authorise the directors
