Crystalband plc ("Crystalband" or "the Company") is pleased to announce the
appointment of Gary Torr as managing director of the Company with effect from 21
December 2007.


Gary Torr, aged 49, is well known within the PVCU window fabrication market and
up until the latter part of 2006 was managing director of a sizeable fabricator.
He is also a director of the following company:

Gary is the beneficial owner of 1,930,740 shares in Crystalband representing
6.9% of the Company.


In addition, the Company is pleased to announce that Geoffrey Dallimore was
appointed as a Director of the Company with effect from 27 September 2007.


Geoffrey Dallimore, aged 41, is a chartered accountant with 17 years' experience
of providing corporate advice to a number of private companies.


He is a director of the following companies:

Lealta Limited

Pennyblack Management Services limited
