                     Directorate change and trading update



Crystalband plc ("Crystalband" or "the Company") announces that, on 10 November
2006, Justin Duane resigned as Managing Director of the Company with immediate
effect.  On the same date, he transferred 1,930,740 ordinary shares of 0.5p each
in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") and #481,690 nominal unsecured
loan notes 2010 for the total sum of #1 to Gavin Johnson the former Chairman of
Crystalband.  As a consequence, Gavin Johnson now has an interest of 1,930,740
Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 6.92% of the issued Ordinary Share
capital of the Company.



In addition, on 10 November 2006, Paul Morgan resigned as Company Secretary of
Crystalband and Geoffrey Dallimore was appointed Company Secretary, both with
immediate effect.



Trading in the final quarter for the year ended 30 September 2006 has been
positive with management accounts showing that the Company made a pre-tax profit
in each of the final three months of the period.  As a consequence, the Company
expects to announce results in the third week of January 2007 showing that the
Company has approximately broken even for the year ended 30 September 2006 as a
whole.  It also reports that, in the month of October, profitable trading has
continued.
