The Company announces it had received notification that today Alan Rothwell, who
the Company is also pleased to announce was appointed a director of the Company
with effect from today, acquired 2,473,542 ordinary shares of 0.5 pence each in
the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at nominal value. This
shareholding represents a holding of 8.87 per cent. of the Company's issued
share capital.

At the same time, the Company received notification that Justin Duane had
acquired 1,350,310 Ordinary Shares at nominal value (this shareholding
represents 4.84 per cent of the Company's issued share capital) and that the
following disposals of Ordinary Shares by directors of the Company at nominal
value had been effected:

Gavin Jonson, Keith Salisbury and Keith Sadler also tendered their resignations

Alan Rothwell, aged 50, is a director of Patterson & Rothwell Limited. He is
also a director or partner of the following companies or partnerships:

P&R Security Systems Limited;
Plasteknick Limited;
North West Housing Associates Limited;
Northwest Industrial Limited;
P&R Accelerate Limited;
Vista Group Plc;
Visiontech UK Limited; and
JWS Holdings Limited.

Other than Alan Rothwell's current directorships disclosed above he has not,
within the last five years, been a director or partner of any other companies or
partnerships. There is no further information to be disclosed pursuant to
