ISSUE OF EQUITY 
 
 
 
 
The Company announces that following shareholder approval of the interim scrip 
dividend for the six month period ended 31 March 2009 at the Company's 
extraordinary general meeting held on 22 July 2009, an aggregate of 203,667 new 
ordinary shares in Ciref will be issued to shareholders. 
 
 
Elections for the cash dividend were received from shareholders holding 
67,971,964 Ciref shares. 
 
 
An application will be made for the new ordinary shares to be admitted to 
trading on AIM and it is expected that such admission will occur on or around 26 
August 2009. 
 
 
Following the admission to trading of the new ordinary shares, the Company will 
have 73,760,277 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in issue. 
 
 
The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the 
calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their 
interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company, under the Disclosure 
and Transparency Rules.
