Carpathian Resources Limited ("the Company" AIM Code: CPNR) advises that Mr
Robert Downey and Mr John Arbuckle have resigned as directors of the Company,
effective immediately. Mr Arbuckle has also resigned as Company Secretary of the
Company.

The Company is in the process of identifying and appointing individuals for the
roles of Non-Executive Director and Company Secretary.
