    The Board of Canton Property Investment Limited (AIM: CPIL) announces that Mr Garry Alides Willinge has resigned from the Company as
Independent Non-Executive Director with effect from 5 November 2008.  

    The Board would like to thank Mr Willinge for his contribution to the Company and wishes him the very best for the future.

    The Company is in active discussions to find suitable replacements for the vacancies on the Board.
