                           -Director's Shareholdings-


The Board was informed yesterday, that on Tuesday 16th April Karine Luckraft, a
non-executive director of the Company, purchased 5,000 ordinary shares of Capcon
Holdings plc at a price of 65 pence per share.


Following this purchase Mrs Luckraft holds 15,000 ordinary shares of Capcon
Holdings plc, representing approximately 0.20% of the Company's issued share
capital.
