                                Change in board

Capcon Holdings plc ("the Company"), the AIM listed investigations and risk
management company, announces that Business Development Director Karine Luckraft
is resigning from the board, effective today, the 31st January 2005, to spend
more time on her personal interests. She will continue to work closely with the
Company on a consultancy basis. The board would like to thank Karine for the
considerable contribution that she has made as a director and wish her well for
the future.
