Update re suspension 
 
 
Cobra announces that it remains in discussions with its principal bank regarding 
the outstanding loan amounting to approximately EUR1.1 million, including accrued 
interest, which is due for repayment and which Cobra is currently not able to 
repay. These discussions have been ongoing for some months and, whilst the board 
of Cobra remain hopeful that a suitable solution can be reached in the coming 
weeks, there can be no certainty at this time. 
 
 
Trading in the Company's shares on AIM will remain suspended pending resolution 
of the outstanding loan. 
 
 
A further announcement will be made in due course.
