Cobra Capital Limited ("Cobra" or the Company") announces that on 1st December
2006 it received notification from Equity Special Situations Limited ("ESS")
that, following recent market purchases of 1,462,889 shares at 35p per share and
50,000 at a price of 29.5p per share, ESS now holds an interest in 2,129,389
ordinary shares of 1p each in the share capital of Cobra, representing
approximately 24.2 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.
