Director Appointment
The Company is pleased to announce the appointment of
John Mayhew to the Board of the
Company as Director. Mr. Mayhew is a senior financial professional
with several years' experience in various roles up to and including
director level. He offers to the Board a broad base of knowledge
ranging from equities, derivatives, and commodities to pre IPO
financing, mezzanine financing and the placing of new issues.
In addition to that of the Company, Mr. Mayhew holds or has held
the following directorships or has been a partner in the following
partnerships within the five years prior to the date of this
announcement.

Mr. Mayhew currently holds a total of 2,175,000 ordinary shares
in the Company representing 13.19% of the issued share capital.
