Director/PDMR Shareholding

The Company was yesterday notified that the total shareholding of Jeremy Warner Allen, a director of the Company, has been understated by 65,000 ordinary shares since the date of his appointment as a director of the Company on 8 June 2012. 65,000 ordinary shares, registered in a nominee account, were inadvertently not included in his previously stated interest in the Company.

Jeremy Warner Allen is interested in a total of 1,627,916 ordinary shares in the Company, representing 2.56 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital - and not 1,562,916 ordinary shares, as previously stated (including in the Company's circular dated 9 December 2014 in relation to a proposed tender offer).
