    Termination of Discussions

    On 6 May 2008, it was announced that Cenkos was in preliminary talks with Arden Partners plc ("Arden") with a view to a possible
combination of the two businesses, which may or may not lead to an offer being made for Arden. The board of Cenkos today announces that such
discussions have now ceased.
