Hamilton Leckie has tendered his resignation as an independent non-executive 
director of the Company with effect from 2 August 2010 in order to pursue other 
interests. The board of directors of the Company would like to take this 
opportunity to express its gratitude to Mr. Leckie for his services and 
contributions to the Company during his tenure as a director of the Company.
