as a Non-Executive Director to the Company with immediate effect. 
 
   Mr. Ledbetter graduated from Trinity College, Dublin in 2007 with a 
degree in Politics & Business. He qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 
April 2011 having spent approximately four years working in the Consumer 
and Industrial Assurance Department of PwC, Dublin. Mr. Ledbetter is a 
Director of Emerald Investment Partners Ltd, a London based private 
equity business with interests in real estate, manufacturing, 
biotechnology and technology in Europe and North America. 
 
   Mr. Ledbetter is a member of Chartered Accountants Ireland. 
 
   Tim Woodcock, Executive Director of the Company, said "We are pleased
