The Company were informed on 27 March 2008 that as at 20 March 2008 the funds
under the discretionary management of Laxey Partners Limited on behalf of Credit
Suisse Client Nominees UK Ltd and Vidacos Nominees Limited have increased their
holding to 4,468,343 ordinary shares in the company representing a holding of
21.28% of the Company's issued share capital and voting rights.
