The Company was notified on 11 July 2011 that the daughter of Jeff Sagansky has sold 541,666 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"). Mr Sagansky has not sold any shares.

Following the sale of shares by his daughter, Mr. Sagansky's holding, including 1,058,334 shares held by his daughter who is less than 18 years old, amounts to 12,089,022 Ordinary Shares, representing 6.8% of the Company's total voting rights.
