Ward, Chief Executive of the Company, purchased 1,288,016 Ordinary Shares in the 
Company on 25 March 2009 at a price of 3.92 pence per share. Following this 
transaction, William Ward's total beneficial interest in the Shares of Clipper 
Ventures is 9,715,259 Ordinary Shares, representing 24.9% of the total issued
