450,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company on 20 October 2008 at a price of 8.875 pence per share. Following this transaction, Sir Robin
Knox-Johnston's total beneficial interest in the Shares of Clipper Ventures is 5,549,941 Ordinary Shares, representing 14.2% of the total
issued share capital of the Company.
