                             Director Shareholding

Claims People was advised on 18 April 2005 that Caroline Croston, the spouse of
David Croston, a director of the Company, was gifted 20,000 ordinary shares in
the Company at a deemed price of 2.88p per share.

Accordingly, David Croston is beneficially interested in a total of 3,301,681
ordinary shares, representing 3.21 per cent. of the issued share capital of the
Company.
