Carador Income Fund plc (the "Company")

Cancellation of Euro Share class

Further to the Company's announcement of 22 May 2012, the Company confirms that the Euro Share class will be converted at 8.00 a.m. today into U.S. Dollar Shares in the Company and, as such, the Euro Share class will be cancelled to listing to the Official List and to trading on the London Stock Exchange at 8.00 a.m. today.

The total number of voting rights in the Company is 419,053,358 and this figure may be used by Shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the Irish Transparency (Directive 2004/109/EC) Regulations 2007.
