Result of Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM")

The Board of China Western announces that the resolution put to shareholders at the Extraordinary General Meeting held earlier today was passed and that the Company will proceed with the sale of its interest Lanzhou International Trade Centre on the terms set out in the sale agreement, as more fully described in the circular to shareholders dated 30 November 2010.
