Director share dealing 
 
 
The Company has been notified that on 3 July 2009, Ms. Yeung May Chor 
transferred the entire share capital in Wing Kit Enterprises Ltd ("Wing Kit"), a 
company which holds 100,980,000 ordinary shares in China Western to Mr. C.H. 
Zhan, a director of the Company. The transfer took place at a deemed price per 
China Western ordinary share equivalent to 0.6p. Accordingly, Mr. Zhan now 
holds, directly and indirectly, 201,960,000 ordinary shares in the capital of 
the Company equivalent to 27.73 per cent. of the issued share capital.
