Director share dealing 
 
 
On 9 March 2009, Chan Yim Sang transferred his 50 per cent. interest in Wing Kit 
Enterprise Ltd ("Wing Kit") to Yeung May Chor. Wing Kit owns 100,980,000 
ordinary shares in the Company representing 13.9 per cent. of the issued share 
capital. Yeung May Chor is the sole shareholder in Wing Kit Enterprise Ltd, 
however, 50 per cent. of the interest in Wing Kit is held for Chan Yim Sang, a 
director of China Western. The transfer took place at a deemed price per China 
Western ordinary share equivalent to 0.375p. 
 
 
The Company was informed of the dealing on 10 March 2009. Following the sale, 
Chan Yim Sang retains an interest in 191,999,700 ordinary shares in the Company 
(representing 26.4 per cent. of the issued share capital) through his 35 per 
cent. shareholding in Ho King Assets Corporation.
