Issue of shares to directors

Gerald Malone, chairman, and Trevillion Associates Limited, a company
in which Richard Trevillion,  non executive director, is  interested,
have agreed to accept ordinary shares of 1p in the Company ("Ordinary
Shares") in relation to outstanding fees for their services.

The Company confirms that it has issued, subject to admission to AIM,
1,750,000 Ordinary Shares to Mr Malone and 4,000,000 Ordinary  Shares
for cash to Trevillion Associates Limited, on 3 July 2007, at 1p  per
share.  On issue, the new Ordinary Shares will rank pari passu in all
respects with the existing Ordinary  Shares. Following the issue  the
Company will have 214,533,400 Ordinary Shares in issue.

Following the above transactions Mr Malone is interested in 1,750,000
Ordinary Shares representing 0.82 per cent. of the enlarged  Ordinary
Shares in  issue,  and  Mr Trevillion  is  interested  in  12,696,250
enlarged Ordinary Shares representing 5.92 per cent. of the  enlarged
Ordinary Shares in issue.

Application has  been  made  for  5,750,000  Ordinary  Shares  to  be
admitted to trading  on AIM and  it is expected  that admission  will
occur on 9 July 2007.
