                             Resignation of Advisor

Creative Education Corporation Plc ("CEC") has been notified that Blue Oar
Securities Plc has resigned as nominated adviser and broker to the company with
immediate effect.  Under Rule 1 of the AIM Rules for Companies, CEC must appoint
a new nominated adviser by no later than 21 September 2007 or have its ordinary
shares cancelled from trading on AIM.
