             Creative Education Corporation Plc ("CEC" or "the Company")

                                 Holding in Company

                         Subscription of further Loan Stock

The Company was notified on 6th February 2007 that Solent Nominees Limited
("SNL"), on behalf of its direct shareholders, sold 43,000,000 ordinary shares
in the Company.  Solent, as legal owner of these shares, now own 140,475,708
ordinary shares representing approximately 22.9% of the Company.

In addition, pursuant to an option granted by the Company to SNL on 22 December
2006, SNL subscribed for #495,000 of Loan Stock on 9 February 2007.

At the request of SNL this Loan Stock has been issued by CEC to October
Investments Ltd and will be converted into 150,000,000 new ordinary shares in
accordance with the terms of the Loan Stock.  A further announcement will be
made when this occurs.
