    Matched bargain share transaction service available post delisting
    On 19 August 2008 at 7:00am pursuant to AIM Rule 41 and at the request of the Company, trading on AIM of the Ordinary Shares is expected
to be cancelled ("Delisting").
    The Company intends after that date to operate a matched bargain share system.  As a consequence, if any potential
shareholder/shareholder wishes to buy or sell Ordinary Shares in Conder after the Delisting, please send an email to shares@conderenv.com
indicating the price sought and the number of shares in question. The Company cannot guarantee any match for any share requirements, but
will endeavour to match buyers and sellers.
