Issue of Equity

Further to the announcement yesterday surrounding the issues of shares pursuant to the Executive Performance Rights Plan, the Company announces that on 23 August 2012, 50,000 Ordinary Shares were also issued to other employees at nil consideration. Application has been made to the Financial Services Authority and the London Stock Exchange plc for 5,600,000 ordinary shares (being the total issue under the Executive Performance Rights Plan on 23 August 2012) to be issued and admitted to the Official List.

It is expected admission will be granted and trading will commence in all 5,600,000 Ordinary Shares on 3 September 2012.
