Canaccord Capital Inc. Discloses Director's Dealings 
 
    Purchase of Shares 
 
    VANCOUVER, March 18 /CNW/ - Canaccord Capital Inc. (TSX & AIM: CCI) was 
notified yesterday that Massimo Carello, a director of the company, bought on 
March 16 and 17, 2009, through the facilities of the Toronto Stock Exchange, 
40,000 common shares in the Company at an average price of C$4.84 per share. 
Mr. Carello had not previously owned any shares; the 40,000 shares he has now 
acquired represent 0.07% of the issued common shares of the Company. Mr. 
Carello also holds options to acquire an additional 25,000 common shares.
