Alto Intermediary Group Limited is a new company formed by Stephen Burrows for the purpose
of making an offer for COBRA Holdings PLC. Alto Intermediary Group Limited has no direct holding
of COBRA shares. The holdings shown above are beneficially held by Stephen Burrows and his
wife and include shares held in a personal pension plan.
