                                  RESULT OF AGM 
 
CBaySystems Holdings (AIM: CBAY), a leading provider of technology-enabled 
clinical documentation, held its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") in London this 
morning, at which all resolutions were duly passed except for the resolution 
relating to the re-appointment of Charles Habermacher as Non-Executive Director 
of the Company, which was not proposed at the AGM.  Mr Habermacher has decided 
to retire from the board of directors of the Company (the "Board") to pursue 
other interests and, accordingly, did not seek re-appointment at today's AGM. 
 
Robert Aquilina, Chairman of CBaySystems, said: 
 
"I would like to thank Charles for the time and expertise that he has dedicated 
to CBaySystems during his tenure on the Board and, on behalf of the Company, I 
would like to wish him well in his future endeavours."
