    The Company also today gives Notice to Shareholders that a General Meeting of the Company will be held at 8.30am on 28 November 2008 at
Sophia House, Level 3, 76-80 City Road, London, EC1Y 2BJ to receive and consider the accounts and to re-appoint the auditors of the
Company.
