Captive Audience Display Solutions PLC ("CAds"), a company quoted on the London PLUS exchange with head offices at 70 
Ballybough Road, Dublin 3, previously announced that it had entered into a Euro 55.6 million transaction, subject to the 
completion of appropriate legal and financial due diligence, to acquire the entire share capital not already owned in 
Proventus Energy PLC ("Proventus"), a UK-based renewable energy company ("the proposed acquisition"). 
 
An extraordinary general meeting ("EGM") was called to consider and approve if appropriate the proposed acquisition of 
the entire share capital not already owned in Proventus. The said EGM which was held on the 22nd March 2012 in Dublin 
was adjourned pending the publication of the relevant circular to shareholders, which was to incorporate full details of 
the transaction and which if available would have provided shareholders with detailed information on which they would 
have been able to consider the resolutions proposed at the meeting. 
 
The Directors remain confident of concluding this final circular to shareholders and hope to be in a position to submit 
same to PLUS for their approval in the coming days.
