    Captive Audience Display Solutions Announces Partnership for Oil Exploration
                                                            
Dublin 2008 Captive Audience Display Solutions plc successfully listed on the Plus Market in London on 4th July. The
stated strategy is to rapidly expand the core business overseas into the Middle East and the United States which is
progressing satisfactorily.

However, Executive Chairman, Mr. Liam McGrattan at the recent AGM said "moving forward, it is the intention of the board
of   Directors  of  Captive  Audience  Display  Solutions  to  develop  its  business  activities  into  a   significant
media/petroleum/technology conglomerate through organic growth and acquisition".

Today,  arising from an opportunity that presented itself, the company announces that it has signed a non-binding  Heads
of  Agreement with a strategic partner for a petroleum exploration project in the U.S. The Heads of Agreement  does  not
impose  substantial financial commitments on the company at this time. Furthermore, the extent of any future commitments
will  depend  on  successful  acquisition of the licenses and the results of any  subsequent  sampling  and  exploration
programme.  'This is a very exciting opportunity and has the potential to add significantly to shareholder  value"  said
Mr. McGrattan.

The  company is now commencing on detailed due diligence and legal review of the opportunity and will provide an  update
of progress in due course.
