The Company was informed today of the following purchases of its Ordinary 0.01p
shares:

On 25 August 2006, Kristofer McGuire purchased 4,000,000 shares in Buckland
Group plc at 0.07p per share.

On 5 October 2006, Kristofer McGuire purchased 25,000,000 shares in Buckland
Group plc at 0.07p per share.

Kristofer McGuire now holds a total of 53,000,000 shares, representing 6.4% of
the issued share capital of the Company.
