           Bristol & London plc ("Bristol & London" or the Company")

                Result of Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM")



Bristol & London announces that at its EGM held earlier today the special
resolutions to approve the Company's share buy back and to cancel Bristol &
London's admission to the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange plc ("AIM")
were passed.  As a result it is expected that cancellation of admission of the
Company's ordinary shares to trading on AIM will become effective by 28 December
2007.
